Officer of the Year

Officer of the Year

Our Lebanon Optimist Club has great respect for all our law enforcement officers and first responders.

Each year we sponsor for the Lebanon Police Department their "Officer of the Year."

Our Police Chief receives nominations from the officers in the department. He reads through all the nominations and selects the officer of the year as chosen by the men and women of the department.  Officer of the Year recipients have expressed that being selected "Officer of the Year" is a great honor since the winner is selected by his/her peers.

The Lebanon Optimist Club sponsors a luncheon honoring the officer of the year and a a plaque for the officer.
